3 Year Rolling Cycle
After identifying who our users are, their needs, and the systems they use,information will be first analyzed, and then separated into three logical groups of departments. Based on the most immediate need first, we can begin the implementation of a rolling three year computer refresh cycle.  Those who don’t receive a computer with the first year move up on the priority list to participate in the program the following year.

 

3 R’s (Renew, Reuse, Recycle)
Old computers / peripherals will be salvaged to the best of their ability, and possibly redistributed to other groups depending on the severity of existing need.
