Desktop Support provides hardware and software repair services. Desktop Support also provides assistance with warrantee service, hardware, software and operating system problems.

Hardware
BIS publishes a hardware recommendations for desktop and laptop computers at the beginning of each semester. The Hardware link provides current information and resources to assist you in making purchase decisions of recommended computers, printers. Desktop Support provides additional hardware and software services including set-up, software installation, configuration, and migration of user data to new workstations.
